The Cafeteria Renovation at Columbia Memorial Hospital expanded and renovated the existing servery and dining areas of the hospital through a phased construction process, developed in close coordination with the hospital and contractor to minimize disruption to patients, staff and visitors.

The renovation combined an existing doctor’s lounge with the cafeteria, and was designed on a very limited budget to modernize the facility. Finishes were upgraded throughout the cafeteria, and the central circular servery organizes the food service equipment within a single large space, while providing natural light to all areas.
