Columbia Memorial Hospital’s existing clinical lab was renovated and expanded to increase efficiency and production. Significant investment in advanced robotic equipment throughout the lab required a renovation to meet mechanical specifications, but the lab was also landlocked on the first floor, and in need of a more efficient circulation plan to accommodate the new equipment. The project was designed and constructed in phases in order to maintain a functional lab.
