After analyzing nine options, the site for the VICTR was selected to maximize its co-location with relevant clinical and research enterprise functions.  The building is located above a garage and is anticipated to be three stories plus mechanical penthouse, requiring long span construction. Bridge connections to the existing clinic building, Peabody Campus, and a future wet-research site are also part of the project.  The program consists of computational and other “dry” research programs, office and cubicle space, clinic space for outpatient care and a small amount of wet bench research space in the first level of the building.
