As proposed in Blair + Mui Dowd's programming and planning study for the Feinberg School of Medicine, the existing Galter Health Sciences Library will be repurposed into the new Galter Medical Learning Center to provide new medical education spaces and library services. The library will have new state-of-the-art education, research, and student spaces, including Problem Based Learning classrooms (PBL), Team Based Learning classrooms (TBL), a BioInformatics Consultation Area, an Informal Study Area, and a Digitization Work Room.
